đŸ©ș Power Hour Listening Session: Health & Wellness

💜 About the Session

Health is more than the absence of illness—it’s about balance, access, and feeling seen.
Join WE CAN for a powerful Power Hour Listening Session focused on Health & Wellness for Women of Color.

This interactive, one-hour virtual gathering will explore how our experiences—within healthcare, workplaces, and our communities—shape our well-being. Together, we’ll identify priorities and possibilities to inform WE CAN’s 2026 Health & Wellness policy and program agenda.

🌿 What to Expect

This isn’t your average listening session—it’s a grounding, energizing experience designed to honor your voice.
We’ll open with community connection and a mindfulness moment led by Dr. Alessandra, inviting calm, focus, and collective presence.

Please have a candle and a way to light it nearby as part of this shared reflection.
The soft glow will remind us of our resilience and illuminate the power of our stories.

From there, participants will share insights, lived experiences, and ideas for action—all within a safe and supportive space. You’ll leave feeling heard, inspired, and ready to turn your voice into advocacy.
