🪶 Tomorrow: Native American Women’s Equal Pay Day

November 18th is Native American Women’s Equal Pay Day, highlighting the ongoing wage gap affecting Indigenous women — a disparity that impacts economic security, family stability, and intergenerational wealth.

Here are meaningful actions you can take to stand in solidarity:

1️⃣ Amplify Indigenous women-led organizations, advocates, researchers, and creators.
2️⃣ Support Native-owned businesses, artisans, and cooperatives.
3️⃣ Advocate for policies that promote wage transparency, fair labor standards, childcare access, housing security, and economic sovereignty.
4️⃣ Educate by sharing facts, posts, or articles that elevate awareness within your own network.

Systemic change requires informed voices, collective action, and intentional allyship.

Thank You

Thank you for standing with us, showing up for one another, and modeling equity in both principle and practice. WE CAN is stronger because of you — your care, your advocacy, and your commitment to community power.

With purpose and solidarity,

Stephanie, WE CAN Founder
