Our MISSION

Our mission is to educate, engage and activate women of color to lead social change efforts. Everything we do is underpinned by our commitment to our set of core values of accountability; creativity; integrity; inclusion; leadership; learning; and transparency.

What We Do

WE CAN is the only national, multicultural, multiracial, intergenerational, and intersectional effort focused on overcoming the challenges of women and girls of color.

How We Do It

WE CAN provides civic education, engages them in local action teams, and empowers them to launch campaigns to change systems.

Our Board

WE CAN is governed by a Board of Directors who represent the public and private sectors and bring experience in fundraising/development; social justice; and policy and advocacy.
